Rapid Solution Deployment (RSD) Lead

This role will collaborate with others on initiatives critical to the success of our clients. The RSD Lead will work with the Digital Business Architect. The role is expected to handle critical operating model changes, development of enabling technologies, and process re-engineering. Effectively manage individual workstreams and communicate recommendations to leadership.

Develops and maintains low-code applications (hands-on platform training provided) following established timelines, application development standards, and quality processes.
Communicates with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements, asking the right questions
Creates and manages multiple prototype development projects.
Learns workflows and identifies barriers/opportunities to advance workflow efficiency
Processes and reacts to feedback in a structured way; identify next steps and develop process improvement plans
Collaborative Problem Solving: Creative & Structured Thinking in problems like Bugs, Errors, User Education, etc.
Ability to apply improvement frameworks like Six-Sigma, Lean
Ability to communicate precisely and analyze data to derive actionable insights

•This includes large-scale operating model changes, incubation and development of disruptive technologies, development and operationalization of growth strategies and process re-engineering
•The Analyst will work with a team of highly-motivated individuals with management consulting, process engineering, change management, and healthcare delivery experience and is expected to effectively manage individual work streams and communicate recommendations to senior executives
•Develops and maintains low-code applications (hands-on platform training provided) following established timelines, application development standards, and quality processes
•Communicates with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements, asking questions and clarifications to fully understand needs.

•Creates and manages prototype development projects, driving multiple pieces of work forward simultaneously
•Learns workflows and identifies barriers / opportunities to advance workflow efficiency
•Processes and reacts to feedback in a structured way; identifies next steps and develops process improvement plans

•Troubleshoots and debugs issues, identifying root causes and long-term solutions
•Develops and improves credible and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworks; uses continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six-Sigma) when appropriate
•Clearly explains outcomes and relates conclusions to business objectives Queries and analyzes large datasets to derive meaningful insights

•This position is responsible for supporting process improvements, metric/report development, special projects, and providing detailed revenue valuation analysis to ensure departmental goals and objectives
